Jessica Smothers Harris is a mother, wife, author, mentor, and leader committed to raising women who walk in identity, authority, and purpose.

As the founder of the Jessica S. Harris Institute and FireTalk WomanTalk, Jessica cultivates environments where women encounter God's presence, grow in spiritual maturity, and break through every barrier to emerge into the fullness of their God-given calling. The true impact of her leadership is seen in the lasting transformation of the women she serves equipping them through strategic mentorship, discipleship, and activation to embrace their assignments, walk in dominion, and advance the purposes of God in the earth.

Her mission is to host His presence, carry His heart, and demonstrate His power raising women who are rooted in truth, established in authority, and transformed into carriers of His presence.

Jessica is the visionary behind 10K Women Strong, a powerful, growing movement of women united through strategic prayer and intercession. Operating under the firm conviction that dominion is not given, it's taken, she recognizes that no one woman can carry the totality of this mandate alone. She is mobilizing an army across regions and nations to lock arms together, stand in the gap, and take territory.

A 5-week discipleship for women ready to understand the process of emerging and to walk in greater Kingdom responsibility and dominion.

There comes a moment when potential is no longer enough. What has been cultivated can no longer remain hidden. A seed was never meant to stay buried. It was created to fulfill purpose, expand influence, and bear fruit that impacts generations.

A seed already carries within it the design and capacity to become what it was created to be. In the same way, you already carry within you the design and capacity to become all God created you to be. For many women, the real tension is not the promise itself but navigating the process between revelation and manifestation. It is in that in-between place that growth occurs and where stewardship, responsibility, and obedience are cultivated.

Dominion: The Emergence is for women who know that what God has planted within them cannot remain hidden. It carries a holy demand to be nurtured, stewarded, and brought forth according to His purpose.

Inside The Emergence, you will be guided through a process designed to help you understand what God has planted, steward it with wisdom, and carry it inton the fullness with faithfulness.
